That gets two things wrong. Puget is a man, and he is the band’s guitarist rather than the singer’s romantic partner. The mix-up is a fair sign of how unreliable the online record on Havok’s relationships has become.

Is Davey Havok married or dating anyone?
No. Davey Havok has never married and has not publicly confirmed a girlfriend or current partner. He has kept his personal life private for his entire career, and the interviews he gives tend to stay on his music and his activism rather than his romantic life. The only engagement regularly attached to his name, to a woman called Monica Parker, supposedly ended around 2002, and it traces back to sources that contradict each other.
Davey Havok’s background
He was born David Paden Passaro on November 20, 1975, in Rochester, New York. His father died when he was about five, and after his mother remarried he took his stepfather’s surname, Marchand. The family eventually settled in Ukiah, California, where he finished high school in 1993.
AFI started in 1991, while Havok was still a teenager. He later studied English and psychology at UC Berkeley before leaving school to focus on the band. Beyond AFI he sings in the synth-pop duo Blaqk Audio with Puget, the hardcore project XTRMST, and Dreamcar, the new wave group he formed in 2016 with the three instrumentalists from No Doubt. The Monica Parker engagement
Across most write-ups, the one relationship that surfaces is an engagement to Monica Parker. The standard account has them meeting around 1999, getting engaged in 2001, and parting in 2002 before any wedding.
It does not survive a close look. The profiles passing it around cannot even agree on who Monica Parker was. Some attach the name to an actress whose screen credits go back to 1985 and include no connection to Havok and nothing about an engagement. None of these accounts cite an AFI interview or any reporting from the period. They lead instead to celebrity dating sites where readers type in the details themselves.
So either the public never correctly identified the person involved, or there was no engagement to begin with. What is certain is that the neat 1999 to 2002 version has no credible source behind it.
The names that don’t add up
Other supposed partners come with even less behind them.
Amanda Lee, sometimes given as Amanda Havok, appears on a few low-quality profiles as a photographer or model. One claims the two married in 2020. Another says they are only dating. The mechanics here are not complicated. Havok is well known enough that people look for his relationships constantly, yet private enough that there is almost nothing real to find.
